Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased on clearance or special discounts (if mentioned)

Return Process

  • Share clear photos or videos of the product (if damaged/defective).
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you may be asked for bank details to process the refund.

Replacement

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
