Return Eligibility

- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered.

- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased on clearance or special discounts (if mentioned)
Return Process

- Share clear photos or videos of the product (if damaged/defective).
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved and the product is received, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), you may be asked for bank details to process the refund.
Replacement
- If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on availability.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
